We are delighted to be working with Charlie Unwin, a performance psychologist and coach, and author of ‘Inside Out’, on our Personal Leadership Programme.

Over the coming terms, parents and pupils will have the opportunity to meet him and work with him, alongside our teachers, as we work on enabling pupils to develop the attitudes, approaches, routines, and habits (A2RH) needed for life at and beyond LWC. The video introduction below sets out how Charlie will be working with us, who he is, and what the ten core principles are that will underpin this Personal Leadership Programme.
