Our Open Events, held throughout the year, provide an excellent opportunity for you to find out more about us and to explore our stunning 1200-acre campus, including our Houses, our new state-of-the-art Science Centre and our new Sixth Form Centre. All our events give you a chance to see the College on a normal working day and meet the Headmaster and some of our wonderful pupils.

RECEPTIONS
At our Headmaster’s Receptions, we host up to 20 families. The morning starts with coffee and the opportunity to meet informally with the Headmaster and some of our senior academic and pastoral staff. This is followed by an address from our Headmaster and a tour with some of our pupils.
OPEN MORNINGS
At our Open Mornings, we host a larger number of families. The mornings start with a pupil-led tour of the campus, where you’ll get the chance to ask questions of those who really know what goes on! This is followed by coffee and a welcome talk from the Headmaster, plus a Q&A session with a panel of students.
OPEN EVENINGS
Our expansive 1200-acre campus mirrors the breadth of opportunities available to your child at LWC. Join us for a special evening to discover the vibrant community, outstanding academics, and enriching experiences that set us apart.
SIXTH FORM
If you are considering LWC for Sixth Form, we encourage you to attend both a Sixth Form Meet the Team event and our Sixth Form Open Morning & Subjects Fair. Together, these events provide the perfect introduction to Sixth Form life at LWC.
Your first visit will give you the opportunity to tour the campus, meet the Head of Sixth Form and gain an insight into the culture and opportunities that make our Sixth Form so distinctive. You can then build on this experience at our Sixth Form Open Morning & Subjects Fair, where you’ll explore A Level and BTEC choices and receive guidance from our specialist teachers to help you make informed decisions about your future studies.
PRIVATE VISITS & APPOINTMENTS
We are also happy to offer you a private visit. These tours are conducted by pupils who love the opportunity to show you their school. However, if you would prefer to be toured by a member of the admissions team, please let us know. Appointments are also available with senior members of staff, including the Headmaster.
