LWC Hosts Largest Christmas Event

Lord Wandsworth College brought the curtain down on autumn term in style, with its largest Carols & Christmas Market to date.

 

The event, on Thursday 11^th December featured an open-air carol service, adeptly hosted by the Heads of College and showcasing performances from our choirs, together with a selection of soloists.

 

This was followed by an impressive fireworks display to light up LWC’s 1200 acres.

   

More than 50 local stallholders made up our Christmas Market, offering an array of unique artisan goods.

 

There was also a selection of food and drink available to purchase, alongside the complimentary hot chocolate and mulled wine on offer.

 

The event was open to the entire LWC community, together with our neighbours from RAF Odiham and the village of Long Sutton.
