We are delighted to be working with Jenna Ashford, former international hockey player, sports psychologist and performance consultant, on a long-term programme, the ‘Moonshot Series’, with our 1st to 3rd Form pupils. This exciting project will provide pupils with sustainable strategies for managing pressure, building confidence and developing the tools to thrive in school and beyond. Jenna aims to do this through:

• Giving pupils a platform to have meaningful conversations with others

• Helping pupils to self-reflect in order to better understand their own strengths and areas for development

• Provide insights from sport psychology to help pupils develop their own toolbox of coping mechanisms

• Enable pupils to explore deeper questions around who they are and how they get the best out of their life

This series will also be available to parents and guardians through webinars next term.
