This year`s Colour Run, organised by LWC`s Prefect Team, was a psychedelic spectacle designed to bring the College together.
Held to coincide with Pride Month, promoting diversity and inclusion, it was also a brilliant way to round off another year.

Applause through the Acorn Gates 👏🏻
The LWC community lined the route to our historic Acorn Gates last weekend to applaud the outgoing Upper Sixth, as they begin their next exciting chapter.
The Acorn Gates were built in 1926 by architect, Guy Dawber.
Never one to be bound by convention, he designed everything from gardens to grand stately homes and churches to the Reptile House at London Zoo.
He was instrumental in the creation of the Council for the Preservation of Rural England, which has been safeguarding the countryside ever since.
Go well into the world, Upper Sixth and like Sir Dawber, don`t be afraid to change it.

📍From the bottom of the Eiffel Tower to the peaks of the Brecon Beacons...
This half-term has seen a myriad of residential and day trips leaving LWC, destined for a different kind of classroom.
As 4th Form explored the fashion and architectural heartlands of the French capital, 2nd Form took a step outside their comfort zones in the Brecon Beacons.
Our Lower Sixth studied seahorses on Studland, wandered the coast of West Wales and sketched sculpture in Salisbury (we promise we`re not making this up for alliterative purposes).
That`s four weeks lived to the fullest....
