School House

The beautiful façade of School House dominates nearly every publication produced by the College however it is the spirit and attitude of the boys that dominates the internal workings of this inclusive and passionate boarding house.

Jack is Houseparent of School House, living in house with his wife Izzy and their two labradors, Pip and Echo. He has been at LWC for five years and is heavily involved in all areas of school life. A keen sportsman, he plays cricket for Odiham and Greywell Cricket Club, where he was club captain for three years, and is an active squash player at Hook Community Squash Club. He is often seen running with his dogs around the 1200.

Jack teaches Economics and contributes widely to co-curricular life, including staff and parent choirs, coaching rugby and hockey, and serving as Head of Cricket for the past two years. He currently coaches U16A rugby and 1st XI boys cricket.

He is also Safeguarding Governor at More House School in Frensham and serves on the Development and Estates Committee.

Jack hopes School House feels like a home where pupils are supported, encouraged, and able to build strong friendships. He believes that the more you put in, the more you get out, and aims to help pupils make the most of all that LWC has to offer.
