Park House

Park House is an encouraging and dynamic environment, full of laughter and energy. At its heart is a brilliant group of young women, forward-thinking, compassionate, and inspiring, supported by a dedicated and exceptional team of staff.

Holly joined LWC in 2012. Originally from South-West London she was initially hesitant about the expanse of living on the 1200, swapping the tube with tractors and high-rises for hills. However quickly fell in step with the LWC life and the way of life it brings.

Holly is a Fine Art Teacher who has a keen interest in Printmaking and Painting looking carefully at architectural heritage and its relationship with the landscape. Throughout her time, she has worked on a range of roles including Assistant Houseparent across both Bramley and Park House plus Head of 3rd Form, before becoming House Parent at Park House in 2020. In addition to teaching, Holly contributes as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead focusing on Sixth Form pastoral care.

Holly is joined here by her husband Sam who was drawn into Prep school teaching after years in the civil service and city life. Their two children embrace everything and adore living with their Park big sisters. Fascinated with getting the best out of any individual, Holly prides herself on bespoke pastoral care. She endeavours to create a house which is a space to breath and champions all. An avid positive thinker, Holly encourages the girls to be sparky individuals with kindness at their core. Park is a place to be happy in themselves, grow graciously confident in their abilities and secure in their emotional intelligence.
