Open Events – Admissions
Our Open Events, held throughout the year, provide an excellent opportunity for you to find out more about us and to explore our stunning 1200-acre campus, including our Houses, our new state-of-the-art Science Centre and our new Sixth Form Centre. All our events give you a chance to see the College on a normal working day and meet the Headmaster and some of our wonderful pupils.

Lego Robotics Holiday Club
Back by popular demand, the Lego Robotics Holiday Club returns to LWC this summer, led by our Head of 5th Form and Teacher of Chemistry, Adam Ball.
Level 1 (Beginner) (Ages 9–12 | 6–8 July & 17–19 August)
Perfect for children new to robotics, these three-day courses introduce participants to the exciting world of Lego Robotics through hands-on building, programming and problem-solving activities.
Level 2 (Intermediate) (Ages 9–12 | 24–26 August)
Designed for those with previous Lego Robotics experience, the intermediate course builds on existing skills and introduces more advanced challenges and programming concepts.
All sessions take place at LWC and cost £180 per child for the full three-day course.

Summer Sports Camps at LWC
This summer, LWC is hosting a fantastic range of cricket and hockey camps delivered by leading specialist coaching providers.
Performance Cricket Residential (Ages 10–17 | 5–8 August)
Activate Camps will be running an intensive residential cricket programme designed for aspiring cricketers aged 10–17, combining high-quality coaching with an immersive residential experience.
Specialist Wicket-Keeping Camp (Ages 8–16 | 10 August)
The WK Coach will deliver a full day of expert wicket-keeping training, helping players develop their technical skills, game awareness and confidence behind the stumps.
Cricket Academies (Ages 5–7 & 8–14 | 11–13 August and 25–27 August)
The Cricket Academy will be offering age-specific coaching programmes for children aged 5–7 and 8–14. Participants can choose between individual sessions or block bookings across the available dates.
One-Day Batting Camp (Ages 8–16 | 21 August)
The R66T Academy joins forces with coaches from The Cricket Academy to deliver a specialist batting camp focused on improving technique, power and match performance.
JDH Next Level Hockey Camps (Ages 6–7 & 8–14 | 18–20 August)
JDH Next Level Hockey will be running dedicated hockey sessions for players aged 6–7 and 8–14. These camps are ideal for players looking to develop their skills in a fun and challenging environment.
The Beckwith 2026
Run, Walk, or Wag Your Way Around the Beckwith!
Join us for the annual Beckwith on Saturday 5th September.
This 5k/10k event is a vibrant celebration of the new school year, welcoming students, parents, staff, Sternians, and even your four-legged friends to experience the beauty of the Lord Wandsworth College campus. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a leisurely walker, The Beckwith promises a morning filled with fun, fitness, and community spirit.
Discover Iconic Landscapes:
The Beckwith course winds through some of the most picturesque spots on the estate, including Sheephouse Copse, Quercus, and the aptly named Heaven and Hell. Choose between the scenic 5k or challenging 10k route, and for competitive spirits, aim for the top of the Beckwith leaderboard!
