Equestrian Team

Our thriving Equestrian Team welcomes riders from all year groups, providing opportunities for pupils to develop their skills while representing the school in regional and national competitions 

 

Pupils have proudly competed for the school, achieving outstanding success across both show jumping and dressage. Our riders secured an impressive five Hampshire County Championship titles and many went on to represent the school at the prestigious National Schools Championships at Hickstead.

 

Highlights of this year’s achievements include:

 

• 80cm Show Jumping Team – Hampshire County Champions, finishing 14th nationally.

• 100cm Show Jumping Team – Hampshire County Champions.

• Individual 100cm Show Jumping – Hampshire County Champion, finishing 7th nationally.

• Individual 110cm Show Jumping – Hampshire County Champion in both the Horse and Pony categories, finishing 8th nationally (Horse) and 2nd nationally (Pony).

• Preliminary Dressage Team – Hampshire County Champions, finishing 10th nationally.

• Preliminary Dressage Individual – Hampshire County Champion, finishing 14th nationally.

 

These exceptional results reflect the dedication, commitment and sportsmanship of our riders, as well as the strong support from their families, coaches and the school. We are incredibly proud of everything our equestrian team has achieved and look forward to building on this success in the seasons ahead.
